1. Who to contact
FragLobby is the service name. The legal entity or individual acting as data controller, its business address and any required representative details have not yet been supplied, so this notice is incomplete in that respect. Privacy questions, access requests and complaints can be sent to support@fraglobby.com.
2. Information the service handles
Account information includes email address, username, name, country, date of birth, password hash, verification and recovery information, account sessions, marketing preferences and Terms acceptance records. Steam linking can associate your Steam ID, display name, profile and avatar with your account.
Competition information includes queue participation, team membership, match results, ratings, server connection and presence events, gameplay telemetry, disputes and available demo recordings. Wallet information includes balances, ledger entries, bonuses, deposit and withdrawal requests, payment references and provider callback records.
The service also processes support messages, administrative actions and technical logs used to operate and secure it. Depending on the interaction, these may include IP addresses, timestamps, device or browser details and error information. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or private cryptocurrency keys to support.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Account access, matchmaking, results and requested wallet operations use data needed to provide the service. Security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and dispute handling may rely on legitimate interests, subject to the interests and rights of affected people. Legal obligations may require particular transaction or identity records; that does not mean every user is subject to the same checks.
Promotional newsletters and event announcements use your separate marketing consent. Declining or withdrawing that consent does not prevent registration. Necessary verification, security, payment and account-service messages are not promotional subscriptions.
4. Public and shared information
Your username, avatar, rating and relevant match or team information may be visible to other players. Game servers need Steam identifiers and roster details to run matches. Avoid using a public nickname that reveals information you do not want other players to know.
Community integrations can post limited event information, such as a player registration, matchmaking request or match result, to configured Discord or Telegram channels. Those platforms and channel members can receive the information posted there. Contact support with questions about a particular notification.
5. Service providers and international processing
The platform uses Google Cloud for hosting and database services, email providers such as Resend, game-server providers such as DatHost, payment providers available in the wallet, and Tawk.to for live support. Steam and community platforms also process data when their features are used. Providers receive the information needed for the relevant interaction; this is not permission to share passwords or unrelated records.
Providers can process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where data-protection law requires transfer safeguards, those safeguards must be assessed and put in place. This interim notice does not certify that every provider agreement or transfer assessment has been completed. Contact support for current provider and transfer details.
6. Cookies and local storage
Cookies and browser storage are used for account sessions, security, preferences and parts of the app experience. Embedded third-party services, including live chat, can use their own cookies and storage. Their behaviour is also covered by their own notices.
You can manage or remove browser storage in your browser settings, although this may sign you out or affect features. This notice does not claim that a full cookie-consent manager is currently implemented. Non-essential storage remains subject to applicable consent requirements.
7. Retention and security
Account, financial, match, support and audit records serve different purposes and may need different retention periods. Records can remain necessary after account closure for unresolved disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. No fixed retention timetable has been supplied for this interim notice; request the applicable details or deletion review from support.
Access controls and other technical measures are used to protect the service, but no online system is risk-free. Protect your credentials and tell support promptly if you suspect an account compromise.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to particular processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using an email's unsubscribe instructions or by contacting support. Withdrawal does not retroactively change processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send privacy requests to support@fraglobby.com from your account email where possible. Reasonable identity checks may be needed. We should explain any lawful reason a request cannot be fully fulfilled. You can also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the authority in the EEA country where you live or work.
Match results, eligibility rules and some risk decisions involve automated processing. You can ask support to review a disputed result, account restriction or withdrawal decision and supply relevant evidence.
9. Age and policy changes
FragLobby is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has registered or supplied personal data, contact support for review.
This page shows its current version and update date. Material changes should be communicated appropriately. Publishing this notice does not grant marketing consent on your behalf or replace information that must be supplied when your data is collected.
