These Terms govern your use of FragLobby. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

FragLobby provides a skill-based esports platform where users participate in competitive matches. Entry fees may be required and form prize pools distributed to winners.

FragLobby does not provide gambling, betting, or games of chance. All outcomes are determined by player skill.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirements in their jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account and all activity under it. FragLobby may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Wallet & Funds

Users may deposit funds into their account. These funds are used exclusively for participation in matches and platform services.

FragLobby does not operate as a financial institution and funds are not insured.

6. Entry Fees & Prize Pools

Entry fees collected from players form a prize pool. After service fees, the remaining amount is awarded to the winning team.

7. Withdrawals & AML

Withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC) and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

Deposited funds must be used in gameplay activity before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

8. Fair Play

Cheating, abuse, or exploitation will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity on the platform.

10. Liability

FragLobby is not responsible for losses resulting from gameplay outcomes or technical issues.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
