Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made on FragLobby are final and non-refundable except in cases outlined below.

2. Deposits

Deposited funds are intended for participation in matches and platform services.

3. Play Requirement

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-fraud policies, deposited funds must be used in gameplay activity before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

- Duplicate transactions - Platform technical errors - Unauthorized transactions (subject to review)

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension and permanent restriction.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
